丙醛常压气相催化加氢制正丙醇催化剂的研究

摘    要:采用浸渍法制备一系列Cu催化剂,在固定床小粒度连续流动反应器中评价了Cu催化剂的催化性能。主要考察了Cu、Zn等含量和反应条件对丙醛催化加氢制备正丙醇反应的影响。实验结果表明,Cu、Zn等含量对该反应有明显的影响;催化剂适宜组分(m%)为:催化剂中含铜8.0%~12.0%、锌10.0%、Na2O 0.8%~1.0%,竞争吸附剂选择a;得出了适宜的反应条件:氢/醛物质的量比为10.0、温度100~130℃、反应压力0.05~0.10 MPa,原料液体空速:0.1~0.3 h-1;在该反应条件下,丙醛转化率≥99.0%,正丙醇选择性大于99.0%。

Abstract:The Cu system catalysts were prepared by impregnation of n-propanol from propanal gas phase hydrogenation at atmospheric pressure,their catalytic performances were evaluated in the fixed bed reactor,characterizated by XRD etc and influences of the propanal gas phase hydrogenation reactions of the catalysts preparation conditions were investigated.The experiment showed that the catalyst with Cu 8.0%~12.0%,Zn 10.0%,Na2O 0.8%~1.0%,and the competitive absorbent,had good catalytic performance.The suitable reaction conditions were 110~130 ℃,0.05~0.10 MPa,H2/propanal ratio(mol): 10.0,the space velocity of propanal: 0.1~0.3 h-1,propanal conversion99.0%,and n-propanol selectivity99% in the reaction conditions.
