摘    要:采用硝酸和高氯酸(4+1)混合酸消解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了红玫瑰苹果(美国),红蛇苹果(美国),咖喱苹果(南非)中Zn、Fe、Cu、Mn四种微量元素的含量。结果表明:咖喱苹果中Zn,Mn的含量最高,红蛇苹果中Fe含量较多,三种苹果中Cu含量均较低。该方法测得加标回收率在93.9%~104.2%之间,RSD<3.0000%,具有较好的准确度和精确度。

Abstract:Using nitric acid and high chlorine acid(4+1) mixed acid digestion samples,flame atomic absorption spectrometry Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn,four kinds of trace elements in red roses apple(the United States),red snake apple(the United States),curry apple(South Africa) were determined.The results showed that Zn and Mn content in curry apple was the highest,Fe content of red snake apple was more,and Cu content were lower.The spiked recovery was 93.9%~104.2%,and RSD3.0000%,with good accuracy and precision.
