摘    要:综述了裂解炉上扭曲片强化传热技术的基本原理,介绍了扭曲片技术在中石化广州分公司乙烯装置裂解炉上的应用情况,重点阐述了广州分公司USC-28U型裂解炉扭曲片技术的使用现状,通过对扭曲片管与普通裂解炉管进行详细的对比分析,验证扭曲片的实际工业应用效果。

Abstract:The basic principle of enhanced heat transfer technology in cracking furnace twist was summerized, the application of twist teehrology in ethylene cracking furnace of Guangzhou Branch, Sinopec, was introduced, and the appli- cation statuos quo was focused on. Through the comparison of twisting tube and general cracking furnace in detail, the effect of the practical application of the twist was verified.
