| 摘 要： | 甲醛是一种致癌和致畸物质,但由于其价格低廉,一些不法商贩在农副产品中加入甲醛或能释放甲醛的吊白块等物质,用以改善外观。因此,研究食品中甲醛残留量的检测日趋重要。本文对近年来食品中甲醛速测方法进行了综述。
