食品中甲醛速测的研究现状及进展

摘    要:甲醛是一种致癌和致畸物质,但由于其价格低廉,一些不法商贩在农副产品中加入甲醛或能释放甲醛的吊白块等物质,用以改善外观。因此,研究食品中甲醛残留量的检测日趋重要。本文对近年来食品中甲醛速测方法进行了综述。

Abstract:Formaldehyde was a carcinogenic and teratogenesis substance,but because of its low price,some fraudulent traders put it into food to improve the food’s appearance.Therefore,it was important to testing the residue of formaldehyde in food.The methods of determining formaldehyde in food rapidly in recent years were summerized.
