摘    要:当前,在高校快速发展、社会需求不断变化的新形势下,如何培养适应社会需求的高水平人才是我国众多高校尤其是高水平大学必须研究的重大课题。基于此,结合湖南大学环境学院的实际,研究了如何高效的利用我院"211工程"、"985工程"、教育部重点实验室等创新资源服务于环境工程本科生创新能力培养的模式,该模式的主要内容有:针对性的运用理工文融合的培养模式、遵循"开放、共享、创新"的培养方案、坚持学生积极主动的原则等,并对相关的其它问题进行了有益的研究和分析。

Abstract:How to train high quality students was a key subject in the new period of quick development of the univer- sities and social demand. Based on the actual situation of Hunan University, the innovation ability training mode of envi- ronment undergraduate student that based on the series resources of "211 Project" and "985 Project" and a key lab of the Ministry of Education was researched, and the training mode syncretized the science and engineering course and arts and followed the training scheme of "opening and sharing and innovation" and adhere to the principle that the students must be positive and initiative and etc. , and the useful research and analysis of other related issues were carried out analyzed.
