摘    要:在实验室模拟工业烟气组成将烟气通入固定床反应器与改性煤焦反应,用烟气分析仪测量NOx的含量来对比脱硝效率。实验表明:反应的最佳温度范围是450~550℃;改性煤焦的粒径在1~3 mm较为适宜;SO2、H2O的存在对反应有一定的影响;随着气速的增大,NO脱除率也随之降低,但是趋势不是很明显。实验初步认为煤焦直接还原法脱硝具有较高的脱硝效率,是一种新颖的技术思路。

Abstract:In the laboratory simulation of industrial flue gas composition of the flue gas to pass into the fixed bed re- actor and modification of coal coke reaction, the measurement of NOx content of flue gas analyzer to compare the efficiency of denitrification. Experiments showed that the optimum reaction temperature was 450 - 550℃, modified char particle size of 1 -3 mm was more appropriate, the presence of SO2 and HE0 had some influence on the reaction, and as the gas velocity increased, the removal rate of NO also decreased, but the trend was not very obvious. Preliminary experiments in- dicated that char denitrification direct reduction method with high denitrification efficiency was a novel technical ideas.
