| Abstract: | The food science and engineering specialty of Xuchang University was applied as an example to explore and practice applicationoriented professional training model. Around social demand and the purpose of improving the quality of talent, the road of sustainable development of school characteristics was taken, through construct ＇modularized＇ course system and strengthening ability cultivation. |
