高校实验室建设和管理模式的研究

摘    要:实验室是实践教学和科研的主要平台,本文从实验室信息管理、仪器设备维养管理和实验技术人员队伍建设等方面探讨了实验室建设。实验室信息管理系统是当前主要的实验室信息管理模式,详细阐述了实验室空间布局、仪器设备管理、易耗品管理、教学信息管理和实验技术人员信息管理在其中的应用;以对外社会服务和内部共享为主要途径建立仪器设备维养基金;以科学的管理制度建立层次结构合理且富有上进心的实验技术人员队伍是保障实验室良好发展的关键环节。

Abstract:Laboratory was the main platform for practice teaching and scientific research. The laboratory construction focused on from laboratory information management, instrument maintenance management and laboratory technician group in laboratory construction. Laboratory information management system (LIMS) was the main mode in laboratory information management at present. The modules, for example, laboratory housing spatial layout, instrument management, low -value consumption material management, teaching information management and technician information management,were expounded in LIMS. Fund for instrument maintenance mainly relied on social service and intra - sharing of equipment. The technician group with enterprising quality, reasonable structure and scientific administration was the key step for laboratory prosperous development.
