国内钻井液增粘剂的研究与应用进展

摘    要:钻井液增粘剂在低固相钻井中能提高钻井液粘度和控制钻井液流变性能,提高其携岩能力。本文介绍了目前国内常用的几种增粘剂改性纤维素、改性瓜尔胶、黄原胶和聚丙烯酰胺等的最新研究和应用进展。聚丙烯酰胺作为合成高分子聚合物,无论在性能和原料上都有着天然高分子无法比拟的优势,在制备抗温耐盐的钻井液体系中,具有十分广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Drilling fluid viscosifier in low-solid drilling can increase drilling fluid viscosity,control the rheological behavior of drilling fluid and improve the cuttings carrying capacity of drilling fluid.The latest study and application of the popular drilling fluid viscosifier at present in China such as modified cellulose gum,modified guar,xanthan gum and polyacrylamide(PAM) were expounded.PAM,as a synthetic polymer,had unique advantages over the natural high molecular polymers in property and source of raw materials.PAM had a broad prospect in the development of manufacturing drilling fluid system with heat and salinity tolerance.
