流动注射分析仪测定地表水中总氮的应用研究

摘    要:通过采用流动注射分析仪对地表水中的总氮测定实验,该方法的检出限、空白值、标准曲线的相关系数、水样的加标回收以及准确度和精密度表明此法令人满意,与碱性过硫酸钾消解紫外分光光度法的比对试验无显著差异。同时,具有操作简便、快速、高效的优点,并能处理大批量的样品。

Abstract:By using flow injection analyzer, the experiment of determination of total nitrogen in surface water was car- riedout, and the results of the method detection limit, blank value, the correlation coefficient of standard curve, water re- covery and the accuracy and precision were satisfactory, and the alkaline potassium persulfate digesti metric method the comparison test showed no significant difference. This method had the advantages rapid and high efficiency, and can handle a large number of samples. on UV spectrophoto- of simple operation,
