微波消解-光度法测定药用胶囊中的六价铬

摘    要:提出了微波消解分光光度法测定药用胶囊中的六价铬的快速分析方法。采用在密闭容器中,用硝酸溶液(1+3)做溶剂来消解药用胶囊,样品溶解完毕泄压后,定容,用二苯碳酰二肼发色,在530 nm波长下测定六价铬的含量。同时考察了微波消解称样量、浓硝酸和少量双氧水用量及压力对消解效果的影响,选择了最佳工作参数。微波消解光度法测量结果的回收率、相对标准偏差(n=6)和样品的测定结果与国家标准分析方法测定的结果相一致。该法具有操作简便、回收率高、重复性好、酸用量少等特点,适应于药用胶囊中的六价铬的测定。

Abstract:A quick analysis method for determination of hexavalent chromium in medicinal capsule with microwave di- gestion spectrophotometry was put forward. Used in the airtight container with nitric acid solution( 1 +3 )do solvent to clear- ing up the medicinal capsule, the sample dissolved after pressure relief, the capacity, with the second benzene carbon usions hair color was two, in the 530 nm wavelength were hexavalent chromium contents.
