氧化锌纳米棒光催化降解染料废水的研究

摘    要:采用水热合成法制备了ZnO纳米棒阵列。利用SEM和XRD对ZnO纳米棒的形貌和物相结构进行了表征。研究了光照时间、pH、ZnO投加量等因素对染料废水吸光度去除率的影响。实验结果表明,在紫外光照2 h、pH为10、ZnO纳米棒投加量为0.02 g的优化反应条件下,亚甲基蓝废水、分散橙GFL废水和直接耐酸大红4BS废水的吸光度去除率分别为19.32%、9.28%和13.50%。

Abstract:ZnO nanorod arrays were prepared by the hydrothermal synthesis. SEM images were used to observe the morphologies of ZnO nanorod arrays. The phase structures of ZnO nanorod arrays were characterized by means of XRD. The effects of influencing factors such as light application time, pH and ZnO addition quantity on the absorbency removal efficiency of dye wastewater were investigated. The results showed that the optimal parameters were that the uv light application time was 2 h, pH was 10, and ZnO addition quantity was 0. 02 g. Under the optimal conditions, the absorbency removal efficiency of methylene blue wastewater, disperse orange GFL wastewater and direct fast scarlet 4BS wastewater were 19.32%, 9.28% and 13.50%, respectively.
