| 摘 要： | 采用三氯氧磷辅助下,氨基酸自组装成肽的方法合成了天冬氨酸寡肽,并利用反相高效液相色谱法,采用优化了的色谱条件对产物进行了分离纯化,得到了纯度较高的寡肽产品天冬氨酸二肽和天冬氨酸三肽。天冬氨酸二肽和天冬氨酸三肽分别用质谱、红外和氢谱进行了结构表征。

| Abstract: | Oligopeptides of L - Aspartic were synthesized with the method of amino acids self - assembling into oli- gopeptides assisted with POC13. Using acetonitrile - water as mobile phase, the Asp - Asp and Asp - Asp - Asp were pre- pared and purified on Cs column by reverse - phase high performance liquid chromatography （ RP - HPLC）. The products were characterized by ESI -MS/MS, IR, and 1H NMR. |
