| Abstract: | Some common problems in low pressure methane gas recovery by oil refinery were analyzed,and the technological process was optimized.It was proposed that reducing torch discharge value from the source through technology and management can fully recover and utilize the energy,make the low pressure methane gas recovery process more reasonable,acquire more benefits such as saving energy,reducing waste emission and environmental pollution,reducing oil process loss,and obtaining economic benefits. |
