摘    要:通过分析某石化乙烯裂解炉对流段超高压蒸汽过热段支管台在工况下发生龟裂的原因,关注石油化工装置管道、设备中普遍使用的锻造加工件质量和在锻造加工过程中影响锻件质量的主要因素,加强锻件的安装和制造质量程序过程控制,确保装置的平稳运行。

Abstract:Throngh analyzing the reasons that flawing the weldolets during start- up in the cracking furnace, and paying more attention to the quality of the forging parts and the main reasons that influenced the forging quality during the forging and heat treatment, the management of erecting and manufacture was promoted to operation ensune the smooth for the plant.
