常压低温乙烯储罐消防设计

摘    要:近年来,随着液化烃低温贮运技术的发展,我国沿海地区相继建成了许多低温储罐。低温液化烃属于易燃易爆的化工物料,火灾危险性为甲A类。由于火灾危险性大,配备的消防设施尤为重要,主要是以消防冷却水系统为主,辅以干粉灭火系统加以保护。本文结合浙江嘉兴三江化工有限公司二万立方米低温乙烯储罐的工程实例,对设计中遇到的消防冷却水系统加以论述。

Abstract:With the development of world liquefied hydrocarbon storage technology,a lot of low temperature tanks were built in coastal area.Liquefied hydrocarbon was hazardous chemical of explosives and flammable,fire rating was class A,so the firefighting systems was very important.Firewater was mainly used,as well as powder extinguishing system.The design of firewater on 20000 m3 cryogenic ethylene tank of Jiaxing Sanjiang Chemical Engineering Co.,Ltd.in Zhejiang was introduced.
