摘    要:分别以乙烯-丙烯酸酯-马来酸酐共聚物,MAH-POE为增韧剂,改善PA66的冲击性能和低温韧性,考察了增韧剂用量与树脂基体对材料冲击性能的影响,通过对比几种增韧剂对PA66低温韧性的影响,采用复配增韧体系,研制了一种兼具优异流动性能和低温韧性的超韧PA66材料。

Abstract:Two tougheners, ethylene - acrylic ester - maleic anhydride terpolymer and MAH - POE, were adopted to toughen two kinds of PA66. The influence of their contents on the impact toughness and low - temperature toughness of PA66 was investigated. According to the experiment results, a super -toughness PA66 with good melt -flow and tough- ness at low temperature was developed.
