摘    要:建立了基质固相分散萃取-气相色谱法(MSPD-GC)测定农产品中腐霉利农药残留的方法。研究了萃取及色谱条件对测定结果的影响,确定了最佳萃取条件:以弗罗里硅土作分散剂,样品与佛罗里硅土的比例为1∶4,以8 mL正己烷+丙酮(1∶1)作为洗脱剂。结果表明,该方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)为5.2%~6.8%;最低检出限为0.05μg/g;加标回收率为87.3%~104.3%。该法简单、准确、灵敏、重现性好,能满足农产品中腐霉利残留的分析测定要求。

Abstract:An analytical method for the extraction and detection of procymidone pesticide residues in apples and vegetables by using matrix solid phase dispersion-gas chromatography(MSPD-GC) was established.The effects of extraction and determination conditions on the detection of procymidone were studied and the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the extraction sorbent,the ratio of sample to florisil sorbent and the eluting solvent were florisil,1:4,and 8 mL of hexane+acetone(1:1).The recoveries of standard addition,the RSDs and the detection limits of the proposed method were: 87.3%~104.3%,5.2%~6.8% and 0.05 μg/g.The experiments showed that the presented method was simple,accurate,sensitive and applicable to the determination of procymidone in agricultural products.
