苯酚类物质对氨氮生物硝化的抑制研究

摘    要:随着人类生活水平的提高,对环境的要求也逐渐提高,尤其是对水质的关注,据报道,近年来有毒有害物质对水体的污染程度有所增加,所以本实验着重研究对氨基苯酚、2,4-二氯苯酚对氨氮生物的硝化细菌的抑制作用以及两者的比较,从而为水体污染处理提供一些依据。实验选取富含硝化细菌的活性污泥作为富集培养的对象,采用间歇式反应器,通过逐渐提高基质——NH3-N浓度并加入相应比例的硝化细菌富集培养液对硝化细菌进行定向富集培养,并对氨氮、亚硝态氮、硝态氮三个出水指标进行监测,研究不同浓度的对氨基苯酚、2,4—二氯苯酚对氨氮生物硝化过程的影响,并得出抑制类型和其半致死浓度。

Abstract:With the development of standards of living, more attention attached to our environment, especially to the quantity of water. But there're more and more reports of the wastewater polluted by the toxic elements. The restrain effect of P - amino - phenol and 2,4 - DCP to the ammonia nitrogen organism' s nitration was studied. The experiment selected the sludge which was riehed in nitration bacterials(NB) as the object of enrichment cultivation. With intermittence reac- tor, the nitration bacterials was cultivated directionally by the means of improving the concentration of NH3 - N, and adding the nitration bacterials to enrich cultivation solution of the fitting proportion. The out - water index, such as NH3 - N, NO2 - N, and NO3 - N were monitored. The restrain effect of P - amino - phenol and 2,4 - DCP to the ammonia ni- trogen organism' s nitration with different concentration of P - amino - phenol was studied. The restrain effect of P - amino - phenol and 2,4 - DCP was got, as well as the concentration.
