矿渣复合水泥助磨剂助磨性能研究

摘    要:通过改性丙三醇与十二烷基磺酸钠、三乙醇胺等复合一种助磨剂,将其用于水泥矿渣助磨实验,并以空白和三乙醇胺实验进行对比测试,在试验磨中粉磨一段时间,通过分析比表面积、粒径分布、中值粒径(D0.5)和强度,探讨了对助磨增强效果的影响,结果表明W1助磨性能好于三乙醇胺,明显好于空白。

Abstract:Through the modification of high efficient grinding. Be used for grinding glycerin and twelve sodium dodecyl sulfate, triethanolamine compounded a aid experiment, compared with triethanolamine and blank experimental tests, the grinding milled for a period of time. The investigation was performed using the analysis of the specific surface, particle size distribution, median size (d0.5) and strength, the enhancement and grinding effects of carboxylic acid copolymers were discussed, and the results showed that W1 grinding performance was better than that of triethanolamine, much better than blank.
