| 摘 要： | 燃料乙醇具有安全、环保和可再生等优点。美国和巴西等国原料充足,出台多项扶持政策,在燃料乙醇发展方面走在世界前列。我国燃料乙醇在政府引导下稳步发展。我国非粮燃料乙醇仍有一定的发展潜力,但应结合原料供应情况,适度谨慎发展;加强宏观调控和政府监管,确保有计划稳步实施;加强纤维素制乙醇技术攻关,解决原料瓶颈。 |

| Abstract: | Ethanol fuel was a kind of reproducible energy with advantages of safety and environmental protection.EU and Brazil etc.were rich in raw material for ethanol fuel production,and the ethanol fuel industry of these places was developed in the front ranks of the world.Guided by the government,the ethanol fuel industry of China was developing with a steady pace in recent years.Ethanol fuel production with no grain had certain development potential in China,but it must be developed with a proper pace according to the capability of raw material supply.Mocro-control and supervising should be strengthened to guarantee the steadily development in a planned way,and cellulose ethanol technology technology research should be strengthened to solve the problem of raw material supply problem. |
