酸性离子液体催化柠檬酸三丁酯的合成研究

摘    要:制备了四种离子液体用于催化酯化柠檬酸三丁酯的合成。系统考察了酸与醇的配比、催化剂的种类、及催化剂重复使用性。结果表明,较佳催化剂为酸性功能化离子液体[HSO3-bPydin][HSO4],较佳反应条件是:酸与醇摩尔比为1∶5,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的15%,反应3 h,此条件下酯化率97%,反应后分离出的离子液体未经任何处理重复使用10次,酯化率仍为96%。

Abstract:Four kinds of ionic liquids were synthesized and used in preparation of tributyl citrate (TBC). The effects of different catalysts, mole ratio of reactants and reuse performance of ionic liquids on the conversion of tributyl citrate (TBC) were investigated. Results show that the [ HSO3 -bPydin ] [ HSO4 ] were efficient for the reaction with the conversion of 97% in mild conditions. The optimum reaction condition : mole ratio of citrate acid to butanol was 1 : 5, catalyst amount was 15% of reactants and reaction time was 3 h. Separated from the products, [ HSO3 - bPydin] [ HSO4 ] could be reused 10 times without any disposal and the conversion could reach 96% .-
