全电动注塑机自动控制理论研究

摘    要:研究了注塑机锁模机构伺服驱动器的技术,提出了一种基于DSP的全电动注塑机运动伺服控制器的设计思路。针对注塑工艺设计伺服电机控制器具有功能简化、成本降低等优点。本文通过对合模机构的伺服运动控制的研究,可以起到举一反三的效果,把伺服控制器的设计思想推广到射胶、熔胶等机构。伺服控制器的研究主要是针对交流永磁同步电机,也研究了廉价的无刷直流电机在全电动注塑机上的应用。

Abstract:All -electric injection molding clamping mechanism technology was introduced. The research focused on the motor controller technology, as the lower controller of the whole controlling system. The servo motor controller solution was based on DSP. By researching the principle of clamping mechanism, the servo controller design can be extended to the other electric driven mechanism. The research was mainly based on PMSM. For the sake of motor cost, the application posibility of BLDCM was aslo studied.
