山苍子花蕾挥发油成分GC-MS分析

摘    要:通过水蒸汽蒸馏法提取山苍子花蕾挥发油,利用GC-MS联用技术对其成分进行定性定量分析。挥发油平均收率为3.8%,从中鉴定出40种成分,占总含量的87.27%。其中14个单萜烯烃化合物,占总含量的21.90%;12个单萜氧化物,占总含量的60.44%;12个倍半萜烯烃化合物,占总含量的4.85%。含量较高的成分为桉油精(39.86%)、松油醇(15.62%)、α-蒎烯(4.96%)、α-水芹烯(4.79%)。

Abstract:The essential oil in the flower buds of Litsea Cubeba was extracted by steam distillation,and the average extraction rate was 3.8%.Its components and relative contents were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),and 40 components in the oil were identified,which accounted for 87.27% of the total contents.There were 14 monoterpenes,which accounted for 21.90%,and 12 monoterpene oxides,accounted for 60.44%;and 12 sesquiterpenes,accounted for 4.85%.The main components were eucalyptol(39.86%),3-cyclohexene-1-methanol,alpha,alpha,4-trimethyl-,(S)-(15.62%),alpha pinene(4.96%),and alpha phellandrene(4.79%).
