电位滴定法测定锰的不确定度评定

摘    要:利用电位滴定法测定镍钴锰酸锂(LiNixCoyMn1-x-yO2)中锰含量,分析测量不确定度来源,对主要不确定度分量进行了合理的评定,包括重复测定的不确定度,称量引入的不确定度,金属锰纯度引入的不确定度,锰摩尔质量的不确定度以及体积产生的不确定度。通过对各相对标准不确定度分量的计算,求出合成标准不确定度(Ue)和扩展不确定度(U)。结果表明,影响合成标准不确定度的主要因素是体积和测定的重复性。

Abstract:By determining the content of Manganese (Mg) in Lithium Nickel Cobalt Manganese Oxide (LiMxCoyMn1-x-yO2) , the uncertainty sources of the measured results were analyzed, and the uncertainty components were e- valuated, including repreatability of measurement, the uncertainty of weighting, the uncertainty of Mg metal purity, the molar mass of Mg, and the uncertainty of volume. By calculating the uncertainty of the relatiive standard, the uncertainty of synthesis and extension was found. The results showed that the main uncertainty in this determination were volume and repeatability of measurement.
