摘    要:硫脲类化合物因具有独特的生物活性在农药领域受到广泛关注。根据活性基团拼接原理,在硫脲基团上引入其他活性基团,通过结构修饰和优化期望生成一系列广谱活性的化合物,在新农药的创制中占据着重要的作用。综述了近几年具有良好抗病毒、杀虫、抗菌及除草活性的硫脲类化合物的研究进展,并对该类化合物的发展趋势和应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract:Thioureas received extensive attention in pesticide field owing to their unique biological properties. The thiourea moiety was incorporated into many different types of chemical structures to generate a series of compounds with broad - spectrum bioactivities, which played an important role in pesticide application. The development of the research on antiviral, insecticidal, antibacterial and herbicidal thiourea compounds in recent years was reviewed. The development trends and prospects of thiourea compounds for future application were also discussed.
