高选择性渣油催化裂化催化剂工业试验与应用

摘    要:中国石化石油化工科学研究院针对重油催化裂化装置新开发了LVR-60催化剂。此催化剂从1月20日至6月3日在120×104t/a重油催化裂化装置上,成功进行了为期117天的工业试验,并于8月份在改造后的装置上开始了工业生产,取得了较好的成果.掺炼重油比例提高了12个百分点。具有较强的重油裂化性能。增效显著。

Abstract:Research Institute of Petroleum Processing , SINOPEC, developed a new catalyst LVR - 60 for heavy oil catalytic cracking unit. From January 20 to June 3, this catalyst was successfully used for a period of 117 days of commercial test in a 120×10^4t/a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit, and commercial production using this catalyst started in August in the revamped unit, with satisfactory results. The proportion of blending heavy oil increased by 12%. A reliable performance of cracking heavy oil was got, and significantly increased the efficiency.
