摘    要:目前炼油企业低温热回收利用是降低能耗的一种重要手段1]。扬子石化加氢裂化装置为了挖掘节能空间尽量回收低温热,利用Aspen Plus对尾油换热流程进行模拟分析,在此基础上提出了920单元DA912塔再沸器热源技术改造方案,达到了节能降耗的目的。每年可节约生产成本约423万元,经济效益显著。

Abstract:Recycling and energy consumption. In order using the to enlarge was used to simulate the tail oil heat for tower DA912 in 920 unit was low temperature heat was an important means in oil refining enterprise to reduce energy saving space to recovery the low temperature heat as possible, Aspen Plus exchange proposed in hydrocracking equipment, and the scheme of revamping the heat source to achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption. The eco- nomic benefit was remarkable, with annual savinz oroduction costs of 4.23 million vuan.
