仪表三维模型设计在石化工程项目中的应用

摘    要:仪表三维模型设计在现有工程建设中主要用到的是PDMS软件,PDMS的含义是Plant Design Management System简称PDMS,是由英国AVEVA公司开发的工厂三维设计管理系统,在PDMS中多个专业组可以协同设计以建立一个详细的3D数字工厂模型,每个设计者在设计过程中都可以随时查看其它设计者正在干什么,同时元件信息全部可以存储在参数化的元件库中,PDMS能自动地在元件和各专业设计之间进行碰撞检查,从而在整体上保证设计结果的准确性,有效地避免现场施工过程中发生碰撞引起的设计变更。仪表专业主要在PDMS的设计模块创建三维的仪表电缆桥架及仪表设备模型1]。

Abstract:Plant Design Management System(PDMS) software was used mainly in instrument three-dimensional(3D) model design,developed by the British AVEVA,and many different majors can build a detailed 3D digital factory model with PDMS cooperatively.Each designer in the design process at any time can check the work of other designers.At the same time,the information of components can be stored in the library.PDMS can check collision automatically,so as to ensure accuracy of the design results,and effectively avoid collision which can cause the change of the design.In instrument design,PDMS can mainly create 3D cable tray and instrumentation equipment model.
