尿素循环水水质异常原因分析

摘    要:循环水系统有工艺物料漏入,是导致水质异常的直接原因,塔西南石化厂尿素循环水碱度异常,导致加酸量、排污量和补水量剧增,通过分析判断水中有大量的HCO3-存在,找出一种快速定性测定水中游离二氧化碳的方法并在现场灵活使用,可在第一时间找出内漏的CO2冷却器,将泄漏造成的损失降到最低。

Abstract:The process material leakage was the direct cause of the abnormal water quality in circulating water system. Urea cycle water of Taxinan petrochemical plant had abnormal alkalinity, which lead to increase the amount of acid, the volume of sewage and fill water surge. Through analysis and judgment, water contained a lot of HCO3- , a rapid qualitative determing method of free carbom free carbon dioxide was found out, which can be flexibly used in the field, and can find out in the first time the leakage within CO2 cooler to lower losses to a minimum.
