摘    要:生物活性肽指对生物机体的生命活动有益或具有生理作用的肽类化合物,包括内源性和外源性生物活性肽;其吸收机制优于游离氨基酸,且具有氨基酸不可比拟的生理功能和改善食品感官效应。海洋生物活性肽资源丰富,有增强免疫、抗氧化、抗高血压、抗肿瘤、抗菌和抗病毒等活性,开发利用前景广阔。

Abstract:Biologically active peptides (bioactive peptides) refer to the peptides beneficial to vital movement or physiological effects, including endogenous and exogenous active peptides. The absorption mechanisms of bioactive peptides were much better than free amino acid, which also had more significant physiological functions and food sense improvement effects than amino acid. Marine bioactive peptides have fundamental resources and extensive exploitation perspective, that had immunity enhancement, antioxidation, anti-hypertension, anti-tumor and antibiosis activities.
