大型电除尘器钢结构支架承载性能的非线性有限元分析

摘    要:根据某大型电厂300 MW机组除尘器本体及钢结构支架的特点,利用ANSYS建立有限元模型,对结构进行了静力、特征值屈曲和非线性屈曲分析。计算了在设计荷载作用下结构的变形、内力和截面应力以及结构的前四阶屈曲模态及相应的特征值屈曲荷载,给出了完善结构和有缺陷结构的荷载位移曲线及极限承载力。结果表明,应用ANSYS软件所建立的模型和采用的计算方法合理,计算结果具有较高的精度,结构的稳定承载能力和应力重分配能力较强,是一种可靠和稳定的结构承载体系。

Abstract:According to the characteristic of a large-scale electric dust precipitator and the steel structure, a finite element model is established with large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS. Static analysis, eigenvalue buckling analysis and nonlinear analysis are carried out. The results include deformation and internat force of structure, stress, the eigenvalue buckling solution, the nonlinear analysis solution. And the results show that the analysis with ANSYS is precise, the model and calculate method are rational, and the load-carrying ability of the structure is adequate.
