摘    要:TiAl金属间化合物以其密度低,熔点高及高温强度较高而成为重要的结构材料,并应用于诸如汽车,飞机发动机部件,然而,其高温下抗氧化性能不足是亟待解决的关键问题之一,从TiAl高温氧化机理,添加合金元素作用以及表面技术的应用三个方面,论述了TiAl高温抗氧化研究进展,讨论了等离子渗Nb大幅度改善TiAl高温抗氧化性能的作用机制。

Abstract:TiAl intermetallics are important materials for a wide variety of applications such as advanced au tomobile and aircraft engine components because of their low density,high melting temperature,and high temperature strength-However,one of the key problems is their poor high temperature oxidation resistance.This paper reviews the present status of research on high temperature oxidation resistance of TiAl,which covers various areas including oxidation mechanism of TiAl,the role of additional elements,and applications of surface technology-In addition,plasma mobizing can greatly improve the oxidation resistance of TiAl and the role of mobizmg is discussed.
