| 摘 要： | 脉冲编码器、测速发电机是控制系统中常用的速度传感器、其性能好坏直接影响控制系统的品质指标本文设计实现了一种基于微机脉冲编码器、测速发电机性能自动测试分析系统，根据编码器多组输出脉冲相互约束关系，提出了一种新的编码器性能测试方法，并对测速发电机给出新的纹波系数定义，使用结果表明本系统测试结果可靠，鲁棒性高。

| Abstract: | Pulse encoder and tachometer generator are current speed transducer for electric driver system.Their characteristics have great effect on control system.The paper designs and realizes automatic performance test system for the above devices,presents a new test method for encoder performance based on related constraint of multi-output pulses and gives a new definition of waviness coefficint for tachometer.The result shows that the test system has high reliability and robustness. |
