冬虫夏草菌丝体深层发酵技术的研究

摘    要:从野外采集的冬虫夏草菌种,经鉴定属巴西虫草(CordycepsbrasiliensisHenn),分离、纯化后获得GC-88-4菌株,利用该菌株进行深层发酵培养,成功地培养出巴西虫草菌丝体粉.实验结果证实:巴西虫草菌丝体粉所含有效成份D-甘露醇、麦角甾醇、虫草多糖、氨基酸、微量元素等的含量与天然冬虫夏草(CordycepssinensisSacc)相近,有提高实验动物免疫功能等药理作用.

Abstract:A Cordyceps sinensis strain which was collected from field has been identified with Cordyceps brasiliensis Henn. The GC-88-4 strain isolated and domesticated from the Cordyceps sinensis strain has been obtained. Cordyceps brasiliensis mycelia was producded by depths fermertation culture, Experimental results are verified: the mycelia's main active substances(D-mannitol, ergosterin, polysaccharose, amino acids, trace elements etc. ) contents are the same as natural Cordycepa sinensis, and it can raise the immunological competence of experimental animals.
