湖北电网兴建抽水蓄能电站的必要性

火电为主的电网兴建抽水蓄能电站的必要性问题，大多数专家持肯定态度。然而在水电比重较大的电网，比如象湖北这样水电占一半以上的电网兴建抽水蓄能电站，便要产生各种疑问。现就水、火电网的调峰能力、抽水蓄能的合适比例、电网运行经济性及抽水蓄能运行方式等问题做了研究，以期大家能了解湖北电网火电机组营运的实际困难以及湖北兴建一定比例抽水蓄能电站的必要性。

The Necessity of Constructing the Pumped Storage Plant in Hubei Electrical Network

In the thermal power dominated electrical network,the necessity of constructing pumped storage plant is affirmed by most of experts.But in a large proportion of hydropower network,such as over 50% in Hubei province,to construct the pumped storage plant will arise their suspicion.This paper investigated the peak load regulation capability for hydro and thermal power network,suitable ratio of pumped storage plant,the economy of the network operation and the operating mode of punped storage plant in order that reader could understand the trouble of the thermal power unit,and the necessity of building certain ratio pumped storage power station in Hubei province electrical network.
