尼龙66/增粘聚酯复合短纤维生产工艺探讨

摘    要:根据工业用呢行业对纤维原料的技术要求,以增粘聚酯(PET)和尼龙66(PA66)为原料,生产出PA66/PET工业用呢用复合短纤维,探讨了其生产工艺。结果表明:选择PA66/PET质量比为60/40,纺丝温度为298℃,第一拉伸倍数为3.8,第二位伸倍数为1.15,第一拉伸温度为85℃,第二拉伸温度为100℃,侧吹风温度18℃,风速1.0 m/s,可生产出质量较好的33 dtex×76 mm的工业用呢复合短纤维。

Abstract:According to the technical requirement of staple fibers for paper making felt,nylon 66/high-intrinsic voscosity polyester (PA66/PET) composite staple fibers was prepared with nylon 66(PA66) as the sheath and high-intrinsic viscosity polyester (PET) as the core.The production process was discussed.The results showed that the produced 33 dtex×76 mm staple fiber for paper making felt was fairly good in quality when the process conditions were as followed:PA66/PET mass ratio of 60/40,spinning temperature 298℃,the first draw ratio 3.8,the second draw ratio 1.15,the first drawing temperature 85℃,the second drawing temperature 100℃,cross air blow temperature 18℃,air speed 1.0 m/s.
