| 摘 要： | 以酯化二工艺塔塔顶馏出水中的EG含量为目标函数,通过试验对影响该塔分离效率的各主要工艺参数进行了优化调整,并对流程作了相应改进。实践证明,该项措施能有效地降低该塔塔顶馏出水中的EG含量,提高工艺塔的分离效率。

| Abstract: | Regarding the EG content at the top of the process column as the objective function, the main process parameters which have great effect on this column's separation efficiency have been regulated and optimized. At the same time, the flow sheet has also changed correspondingly. It has been verified by practice that these measures can reduce the EG content in distillate water effectively and enhance the separation efficiency of this column. |
