摘    要:在快速求解法和单相工质快速求解法的基础上,提出了两相工质动态过程求解的快速求解法.将模型求解划分为准备和应用2部分:准备部分采用高精度解法求解微分方程,并将结果处理为可供应用部分的信息;应用部分利用这些信息进行计算.准备部分完成后,每次模型的求解只需进行应用部分的计算.以某670 t/h自然循环锅炉为例进行了计算速度和精度的实例验证.结果表明,该方法计算结果与隐式算法误差小,并且计算速度有较大提高,可应用于电站机组动态过程在线预测.

Abstract:Based on fast solution and its methods for single phase medium,a fast solution method for lumped parameter dynamic model of two-phase medium is put forward.The solution process is divided into two steps: preparation part,in which the model is solved by high precision algorithm and the results are used for the next part;application part,in which calculation is carried out.Once the first step is completed,the model solution can be realized only in the application part.The speed and precision of this method was validated by a 670 t/h boiler example.It shows that error between results of this method and precision solution is little but calculation speed is improved obviously.It can be applied to online predicting of dynamic process in power unit.
