摘    要:建立大型平板硫化机有限元传热模型,利用Pro/E有限元分析Mechanica模块对平板硫化机热板进行温度场分析.结果表明,由于热板中央易产生热量积聚,因此中间部分加热孔间距应比两侧位置大一些.本研究工作对解决橡胶制品硫化质量问题具有参考意义.

Abstract:Finite element heat transfer model for large flat-panel vulcanizer was built to analyze the temperature field of hot plate by using Mechanica module in Pro/E finite element analysis software.The results showed that the distance between heating holes in the centre of hot plate should be larger than that on sides because of thermal accumulation in the centre.This study could provide reference for solving the vulcanization quality problems of products.
