| 摘 要： | 从信息化作战背景下指挥控制系统顶层设计的需求入手,对指挥控制系统顶层设计的相关问题进行了探讨.重点讨论了指挥控制系统顶层设计的思维过程、层次结构以及具体的映射关系,为指挥控制系统顶层设计提供了科学的方法和设计方案.
