多供应商条件下装备器材采购模型研究

为了提高装备器材质量和服务水平,运用关系管理理论,建立了多供应商条件下装备器材采购模型.该模型在对供应商进行量化评价的基础上,综合考虑成本和市场竞争(价格折扣)等因素,优先考虑向评价好的供应商进行采购;设计了遗传算法对模型进行求解,给出了在指定采购成本上限下的最优采购方案与总成本.实例结果表明,该模型合理、有效、可行,有助于和器材供应商建立长期稳定的合作关系.

Research on Model of Equipment Purchase From Multiple-Suppliers

In order to improve the quality and service of equipment materiel,this paper establishes a model of equipment materiel purchase under the circumstance of multiple-supplier,applying the theory of relationship management.Based on the quantitative assessment of suppliers,the proposed model has the purchase priority for those suppliers who have a good word of mouth in terms of product cost and market competition（price discount）,etc.Also a genetic algorithm for solving the model is designed and an optimal purchase scheme and total cost below the upper bound are given.The results of example show that the model is reasonable,feasible and effective,which are conducive to establishing the long-term steady operation with the equipment suppliers.
