| 摘 要： | 在对某铁塔制造企业的物料管理、生产管理及优化下料等问题的研究和分析基础上,结合ERP原理和计算机技术,优化了业务流程,开发了铁塔制造企业生产综合管理系统.系统与铁塔放样软件进行了集成,实现了企业资源的信息共享,提高了物料管理、生产管理的规范性及优化下料的科学性,在实际运用中取得了明显的经济效益.

| Abstract: | Based on the research and analysis of the problems about material management, production management and optimizing blanking for iron tower manufacturing enterprise, and according to the ERP theory and computer technology, the business process was optimized. Finally, a production management system for iron tower manufacturing enterprise has been developed. This system has been used in practical very efficiently. It not only integrates with other system and achieves the share of information, but also improves the criterion on material management, production management and the scientificity on optimizing blanking. |
