摘    要:结合工程实际,采用"双掺"技术降低混凝土的水化热,安装冷却水管降低混凝土中心温升值,并对大体积混凝土施工中的难点进行了论述.在原材料选用、优化混凝土配合比设计、控制混凝土拌合物温度、改善混凝土浇注质量、温度监控及养护等方面采取有效的技术措施,较好地控制了大体积混凝土裂缝的产生.

Abstract:Through the practice, the double-mixture technique is adopted to lower the hydration heat of concrete, the cooling water pipes are installed to reduce the temperature rise of the concrete center, and then the difficulties during the construction of mass con- crete are discussed. And some effective methods are applied to control the cracks, including raw material choice and quality control, optimizing mix proportion, controlling the temperature of mixture, improving pouring quality and monitoring temperature and conserva- tion and so on.
