超声导波技术在小直径无缝钢管检测中的应用

摘    要:介绍了超声导波技术在小直径无缝钢管检测中的应用情况,提出了符合超声导波检测的具体工艺及检测结果的判定方法。实践表明,该检测方法对于无缝钢管的裂纹、外折、翘皮等常见缺陷十分敏感,检出效果有保障,但对凹坑类缺陷的检出率较低;对于小直径厚壁管(外径≤76mm,壁厚∧10mm)的内壁缺陷,检测信噪比低,检测难度大。

Abstract:Introduced here in the assay is an ultrasonic guided-wave NDT method for inspection of small- sized seamless steel tubes. Put forward are the specific detection process, and the method for evaluation of the detection result. Lots of cases of site operation practice shows that the said NDT process is very sensitive to common defects of the seamless steel tube like crack, outer fold and fin, etc., and the inspection effectiveness is ensured. Nevertheless, there are some disadvantages staying with this process, such as low detection rate of pitted defects, and that in case of identifying inner defect of small-sized heavy tubes (D≤76 mm, S∧10 mm), it will be rather difficulty to perform the detection due to the low signal-noise ratio.
