赤泥堆场固结排水方案的数值分析

摘    要:流塑状赤泥含水率高、强度低,通过排水固结处理,可以增大其密度和强度,增强其堆场的稳定性,并减小堆场渗漏污染的可能性.采用固结有限元计算,对比分析分层堆载干赤泥、塑料排水板和真空预压3种方案的固结排水效果.由于流塑状赤泥渗透性低,堆载产生的超孔隙水压力难以消散.分析表明,堆载+塑料排水板联合方案下,赤泥堆场能够及时完成固结,有利于扩大库容.

Abstract:Red mud with flow plastic state has high water content and low strength. Through the drainage consolidation treatment, the density and strength of red mud can be increased, the stability of red mud disposal can be enhanced, and the possibility of leakage pol- lution of red mud disposal is reduced. Using finite element analysis for consolidation, the consolidation drainage effects of three pro- grams which are heaped loading dry red mud, plastic drainage plate and vacuum preloading are evaluated. Because of the low permea- bility of red mud, the excess pore water pressure caused by heaped loading can not be dissipated. The calculated results show that un- der the condition of the united plastic drainage plate and heaped loading, the excess pore water pressure within red mud disposal can be dissipated in time, and it is helpful to enlarge storage capacity.
