关于郑州市楼字经济发展的思考

楼宇经济作为一种新兴经济形态，是实现城市经济发展转型的有效形式，可以带动整个经济发展的进程。它具有占地面积少、集聚能力强等优势，它的出现大大拓展了城市经济的发展空间，有利于产业的结构升级。郑州市发展楼宇经济有一定的优势且已初具规模。对发展本地区经济做出了突出的贡献。通过对郑州楼字经济现状的研究，分析了郑州市楼宇经济目前所面临的一些问题，并提出了一些对策和建议。

Reflection of the Building Economy Development in Zhengzhou City

The building economy, which is regarded as a new kind of economic form, is an effect way to realize the transformation of urban economic development forms. The development of the building economy will greatly promote the economy of entire society. It is characterized by its little demand of space, strong ability of gathering, etc. It appeared greatly expand the city~ economic development, and also have benefits on industrial restructuring and upgrading. The quantity of the building economy in Zhengzhou city is now of large scale, which have great contribution on local economy. In this paper, current situation of the building economy of Zhengzhou have been studied, and some problems and difficulties have been found. In addition, the corresponding suggestions on the development of the building economy have also been given.
