| 摘 要： | 通过不同结合剂的组织和性能研究,确定了适宜光学玻璃加工用电镀金刚石工具结合剂的类型以及制备电镀金刚石工具的最佳工艺条件。研究表明:试验采用的电镀金刚石工具制备工艺能保证工具在使用过程中具有良好的综合性能和较好的加工效果。

| Abstract: | The optimal preparation technological conditions and the bond of the electmplated diamond tools in optical glass machining are determined by the research of structure and performance of bonds. The result shows that the optimum cutting ability of tools and better machining quality can be obtained. |
