温度对X52管线钢C02腐蚀电化学行为影响

摘    要:利用动电位极化和电化学阻抗谱技术,研究了温度(30℃,50℃,70℃)对X52管线钢在饱和CO2的NaCl溶液中腐蚀过程的影响。由实验结果得出温度升高促进腐蚀反应的阳极过程和阴极过程,使X52管线钢腐蚀速率增大而且温度对阴极过程的促进作用大于阳极,使Ecorr正向移动;同时温度升高增大了腐蚀产物的形成速率,使其在电极表面析出并以膜层的形式存在,但温度的改变并没有改变X52管线钢在此环境下的腐蚀机理。

Abstract:The corrosion of X52 pipeline steel under different temperatures (30℃,50℃,70℃) was studied in CO2 saturated NaC1 solution by dynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscope (EIS) method. The results showed that the temperatures promote the cathodic process and anode process of the corrosion reaction, and this role in the cathode is greater than anode, so Ecorr moves to the positive. The corrosion of X52 pipeline steel increases, so Ecorr moves to the positive. Meanwhile, temperatures increase the rate of the corrosion products and the products precipitate as a thin film. But the temperatures did not change the corrosion mechanism of X52 pipeline steel in this environment.
