基于SolidWorks的罗茨风机叶轮参数化建模系统的开发

摘    要:阐述了SolidWorks二次开发的必要性,介绍了SolidWorks二次开发的方法和思路。基于自动化技术,利用SolidWorks API接口程序、Visual Basic6.0高级编程语言和Access数据库,实现了罗茨风机叶轮的参数化建模系统的开发。本系统拓展了过去叶轮参数化设计的局限,不限于二叶和三叶叶轮的建模,能够实现圆弧型、渐开线型和摆线型等线型的各种叶数的建模,并能自动计算叶轮的重要性能参数,大大提高了工作效率。

Development of Root Blower Impeller Parameterization Modeling System Based on SolidWorks
Abstract:Expounding the necessity of SolidWorks localization,introducing the methods and ideas of the development of SolidWorks.Based on automation technology,making use of SolidWorks API interface,Visual Basic6.0 high-level programming language and access database,to achieve a roots blower impeller parametric modeling system.This system expand the impeller parametric design limitations in the past.It does not rigidly adhere to two or three leaves impeller modeling.It can achieve the modeling of circular profile,evolute profile and cycloid profile and automatically calculate the important performance parameters of the impeller,greatly enhancing the working efficiency.
